An Introduction to EMDR in the Intensive Model

Minimum attendance requirements: Simply Rewire reserves the right to cancel any training if a minimum of 10 participants is not met by the registration deadline.

Force Majeure Events: Simply Rewire reserves the right to cancel any training if a Force Majeure Event occurs. 

Refunds: In the event that Simply Rewire cancels a training event, participants will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee(s). Simply Rewire is not responsible for any reimbursement of participants’ incurred travel, food, and/or lodging expenses etc. Refunds will not be provided for any participant who is removed from the program for any reason. 

Participant cancellation policy:

• Cancellation must be requested in writing by email to [email protected] 

• To receive a 100% refund of the registration fee, participants must cancel their registration at least 14 days prior to the first day of the training. 

• Cancellation requests received after 14 days prior to the first day of the training will receive a 50% refund if canceled 8-13 days prior to the first day of the training; 0% refund if canceled 7-0 days prior to the first day of the training 

• Registrations are non-transferable

This live webinar will be audio & video recorded by Simply Rewire LLC. Exceptions Related to EMDR Intensive Screening Starter Kit, (collectively, the “Kit” or “Kits”) – The Kits are intended for the sole use by the purchaser and are not permitted to be sold or resold to any third party. The entity or individual who has rightfully and validly purchased a Kit is permitted by the Owner to distribute the Kit materials to their patients for the intended use as described within each Kit. The Kit and any of the materials within it may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form with the intention to sell all of or any portion of such materials or to be used outside of each Kit’s intended application (ie: by the purchaser for their patients).

Indemnification.  By using and or implementing the course materials or EMDR Intensive Screening Starter Kit,  (collectively, the “SR Materials”) you will at all times indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simply Rewire, LLC (“SR”), its managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any damages as a result of your, your company’s, or your businesses’ use or implementation of the SR Materials. If SR shall seek indemnification, you agree to give SR the right to participate in the defense and settlement of any such claim; provided, however, that you may not, without SR’s prior written approval, settle or dispose of any claim of which you have agreed to accept the defense.

Exculpation. You expressly waive any and all claims against SR, direct or indirect, including, without limitation, claims relative to the use and/or implementation of the SR Materials by you, your company, your business. Furthermore, you agree that SR shall not be liable to you, your company, your business or any third party for any injury sustained by the you, your company, your business, its employees, independent contractors, invitees, patients, students, or any other third party through the use or implementation of the SR Materials.
